Jessica Cuevas Molina is a Cannes-winning Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience leading award-winning campaigns across the world’s top agencies and brands. She began her career at Publicis and Saatchi & Saatchi, where she was trained under the industry's top creative minds and developed a strategic, storytelling-first mindset that became her signature.
At Saatchi & Saatchi - Conill, she led high-impact work for Toyota and T-Mobile, helping launch campaigns that earned Cannes Lions, The One Show, FIAP, and more—including the Webby-winning Grammy activation with Snapchat featuring Natalia Lafourcade and the multiplatform Olympic campaign that united Latinos across the continent.
She later joined VMLY&R NY to lead LATAM campaigns for Colgate-Palmolive, then went on to become Executive Creative Director at Captura Group, driving social-first strategy for Kellogg’s and producing fully integrated campaigns like “HOLA” for Geisinger Health from concept to shoot.
Most recently, at Media.Monks, Cuevas served as Global Creative Director, spearheading Dove’s cultural empowerment campaign #MyHairAMiModo—a full visual and musical reinvention that premiered at the Latin Grammys and earned two Multicultural Excellence Awards. The campaign fused a reimagined Soda Stereo video with real Latina stories and set a new creative benchmark for multicultural storytelling.

Jessica graduated from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles in 2010 with a degree in Digital Filmmaking. She’s directed music videos, Coachella content, and branded films for global artists J. Balvin, @LeJuanJames, Zedd, Sofia Reyes, etc.
Her directing work spans TV spots in México, food cinematography, fashion films, and influencer campaigns for brands like Pop-Tarts. As co-director of Dove’s award-winning #MyHairAMiModo campaign, she developed the entire treatment & brought its multicultural vision to life with cinematic flair.
Cuevas flies drones, edits like a beast, and leads “Santa Productions”—her San Antonio–based film house.
